Hex-Frame Architecture
40mm (Professional): Perfect balance of strength and portability. Ideal for most local vendors and trades.
50mm (Industrial): Thicker walls, wider stance, maximum wind resistance. Engineered for open fields and extreme durability.
600D PU Polyester
Most competitors use 500D. We step up to 600D with a Polyurethane (PU) coating. This holds dye-sublimation ink better for vibrant blacks and reds, and is naturally water/UV resistant, preventing sun-fading in the Southern California heat.

To maximize speed, components ship as they are ready. You will likely receive the Aluminum Frame (Stock) first, followed by the Custom Printed Skin. Do not panic if packages arrive on different days.
Local Pickup: Available same-day in Glendora (91740) for standard frames.

Because manufacturing creates the custom skin from scratch, we do not provide standard tracking numbers upfront. We can provide status updates after Day 10. We are not responsible for package theft. Office pickup is highly recommended for SGV clients.

Production FAQ
Standard production time is 10-14 business days after art approval. Shipping within the USA adds an additional 3-5 days. If you are in the 626, local pickup is available to bypass shipping transit time.
Yes. Our 600D PU material is fire-retardant and certified to meet most state outdoor event safety standards.
That is why we offer the 'Premium Concepts' track. We redraw your blurry artwork into clean, high-resolution vectors so it looks perfect even when blown up to 10 feet wide.
